Period Reconstructions

We partner with museums, corporations, and private clients to reconstruct historic rooms and other structures. We have participated in period reconstructions representing every period of American architectural history.

Our experience at Historic properties includes work at the Merchant's House Museum, The Mount Vernon Hotel Museum, The Olmstead House on Staten Island, Old Westbury Gardens, Historic Lazaretto, The Sandy Hook Coast Guard Station, Sailors Snug Harbor, The Staten Island Historical Society, The Weeksville Historical Society and many more.

Each installation draws on our knowledge of historic building techniques, materials, and finishes. We fabricate & install the required architectural elements for historic libraries, building entries, boat landings, barns, gazebos, period rooms, staircases and more. Our craftspeople take pride in creating immersive historic environments that educate and inspire. We provide historic accuracy while accommodating contemporary use.
